A meeting and office space using Glulam timber and glass to produce a building with panoramic views of London. The design is by Collado Collins.

The elliptical european whitewood Glulam beams were designed, manufactured and erected by Constructional Timber Ltd.

Daver Steels supplied the fabricated steelwork connection brackets for the elliptical Glulam beams in both galvanised and stainless steel. The steelwork, when fitted to the Glulam, is connected with M20, M24 and M36 pig nosed bolts in the place of a standard bolted connection. These are bespoke components which were manufactured to Construcutional Timbers Ltd design based upon Collado Collins detailed requirements, We also supplied M20 stainless steel Daver Tie Bar system structural tie rods
